Following the gathering of research I have been exploring in more detail specific episodes from the walks and movement research below. I began to find and develop clarity within this movement and see how it could develop from the origin of the walk.
Some Reflections on the video above 16/03/19.
The movements become episodes. Snapshots of a greater experience as I have collected lots of small maps over the past year. The movement responses to these are then a depiction of the walk experienced and my recollection then, as well as now.
Looking at the responses in the present-which is constantly renewing, they will never be the same twice. The movement is therefore constantly experienced anew and renewing itself. In this sense the audience will be viewing a renewed cartography and will themselves, through watching make a memory of this. A further form of documentation.
From this movement exploration there has to be an intention for the movement.
For example, imagining the sketch or actual comment on the image.
Trying to continue the actual walking in the space whilst doing the movement.
With sound, this can influence especially if I connect a sound to every walk or image (sketch).
           Clarity is key for me.
I would like to find key points of material so I can then do them whilst moving at speed.

Following on from the previous video, I would like to think about more constant movement in space and sustaining this for a duration.
Some questions I have for myself include;
How can I Structure the movement?
- does the audience trigger a response?
-do I see things in space that help me recollect?
- maps in the space.
What are other ways of having constant movement?
How does quality as well as movement come into the piece? e.g. tensions? lightness/groundedness? moving from muscular effort/internal sensations.
- How does the way I structure it affect how it is perceived?
Pause / continuation
Commitment to an idea/movement, only movement that is necessary
The video below, of the red top followed a line of interest about how I could assign a collection of movements/images/episodes some external factor. Considering colour or clothing I chose to assign a coloured top to each focus. I then began to fn it interesting how this also provided a more specific quality to the movement.

I hope that this will provide more clarity to the movement. Furthermore, if I present the choreography as if the audience are documenting it, regardless if they are, or not, it will provide clarity for myself and the audience.
Documenting all of my research, and the presentation of my choreography ‘1 & 2 with 6 - The cottages’ I have gathered together my research up to this point.

Now I would like to develop this, and culminate it in a movement research. I feel I have been influenced by the act of walking and its documentary nature. Having used this to create a choreography, I would like to present my practical work within an exhibition space with a durational performance as a continuation of my movement research.

I would like to include images, sketches and possibly videos displayed in the space

In terms of the performance I would use the movement that I have developed in response to images. A further thought I have had is to take a long walk directly before the performance in order to directly influence myself. Sharing my documentation through movement and any other way I deem appropriate. Using the Conference rooms 1 and 2 I would have my work exhibited in one space, and I would be using the others, and could also spread into the grass area.
I have chosen this space because it provides the possibility to use two rooms which can be separate, or connected as well as the outdoor space. Furthermore, it offers a variety of viewing points. From inside the room, from the corridor outside, from the second and third floors of the building. Therefore, I would have the possibility for the movement and my research to be viewed from a variety of perspectives.

NEW YORK
This video is a reflection of maps drawn above, in NYC in Summer 2018. In the confines of the structure of the window the body is distorted in the ray of light shining through. This demonstrates an improvisation which was inevitably influenced by the music playing as well as the detailed information on the maps.
